For the sustainable jewellery brand kimaï, we developed a social media performance strategy to establish Facebook and Instagram as drivers of growth. The goal of the collaboration was to improve performance across various markets and enable scalable growth through these channels.
kimaï sells jewellery with comparatively long customer journeys, such as engagement rings and products with larger basket sizes. This creates multiple touchpoints on the way to the final purchase decision. The brand was also seeing mixed results across the US, UK and European markets, and was looking for an approach to harness Facebook and Instagram specifically as growth channels.

To improve performance, we built a scalable and dynamic account structure spanning multiple markets. This structure served as the foundation for extensive testing within the campaigns. As part of this testing, we explored different audiences as well as different messaging in the creative. Through a structured testing approach, we developed a campaign setup that accounts for the many touchpoints leading up to conversion.
Im Rahmen dieser Tests wurden verschiedene Zielgruppen sowie unterschiedliche Botschaften in den kreativen Inhalten untersucht. Durch einen strukturierten Testansatz wurde ein Kampagnen-Setup entwickelt, das die zahlreichen Berührungspunkte bis zur Konversion berücksichtigt.
