After Douglas' e-commerce sales in Eastern European markets had been unsatisfactory for some time, the company turned to entity x® and commissioned us to optimize its SEA activities.
Approach
As a first step, we set up new SEA accounts and created a modern search approach designed for both automated and scalable SEA activities. Our approach also included feed optimization, automated campaign management and optimized bidding strategies.
Results
Within 3 months, we achieved revenue growth of over 21% with the same budget, significantly improving cost-order ratios. In addition, the implementation of the new account structure simplified and optimized the maintenance of the Eastern European Douglas accounts, which created scope for further scaling of activities.
