For the hair care company SHYNE, we implemented a performance marketing optimisation with the aim of improving customer acquisition and accelerating the growth of its subscription model. The focus was on stabilising the performance of the existing marketing channels and making them more efficient.
SHYNE was struggling with performance on Meta and Google that was both volatile and inefficient. At the same time, the company wanted to win new customers and further build on the growth of its subscription model. The challenge was therefore to improve the performance of the existing campaigns and create a more stable foundation for scalable growth.
To improve campaign performance, we first reworked the Meta account structure. We then tested various audiences to improve results. In addition, we tested different ad concepts based on psychological principles in order to develop more effective ad messaging. On Google, we introduced keyword-specific bidding strategies to improve the cost-revenue ratio of the campaigns.
By optimising the campaign structures and bidding strategies, we achieved marked improvements in performance:
